Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping is free on the 3-jar and 6-jar supplies. The 2-jar starter supply carries a flat $19.99 shipping charge, which is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. We currently ship within the United States.
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. If you have not seen tracking within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact orders@ketoflowofficial.com.
The jars you receive come from the authorized 2026 production lot documented on this portal. When your order arrives, you can match the lot code on the jar against the current batch on the verification page.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will ship a replacement or arrange a refund at no cost to you.
